ERP Business Partner

We're looking for an ERP Business Partner to help lead the implementation and long-term success of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, Odoo. In this role, you'll serve as the business owner of our ERP platform, working closely across Finance, Operations, and Information Technology to understand business needs, improve processes, and guide how the platform evolves over time. You'll join an implementation already underway, building on the work completed to date while helping guide adoption, improve business processes, and shape the platform's long-term success. You'll help establish priorities for future enhancements and work with business stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to meet organizational needs.

Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll build strong relationships across the organization, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and help teams make decisions that balance business needs with practical, scalable, sustainable technology solutions. What you bring

• 4+ years of experience leading or supporting ERP platforms, enterprise systems, software implementation, business analysis, IT business partnering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation, management, and ongoing support of ERP systems (Odoo or similar mid-market platforms strongly preferred).
• Experience with reading, troubleshooting, and making adjustments to Python scripts or willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of Finance and/or Operations business processes, preferably within a light manufacturing, distribution, or product-based organization; EdTech experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business needs, identify underlying requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent self-starter with the ability to establish structure, prioritize work, and drive results in evolving environments.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and science education.

Where you will work

This is a hybrid position based in Beaverton, Oregon, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week. Relocation is not available for this position.
