Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ERP Change Manager to spearhead change management practices, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption and business transformation. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting stakeholder analysis, performing change impact assessments, and developing comprehensive communication plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Stakeholder Analysis to identify key stakeholders and define engagement strategies.

- Develop and execute Comprehensive Communication Plans aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and Change Metrics to track adoption, effectiveness, and improvement areas.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of extensive ERP change management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferences
- Certified Change Manager preferred; strong knowledge of frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
