Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the requirements identified for implementation in the ERP Cloud Application.
Oversee planning, implementation, and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Lead and mentor technical teams to identify and resolve system issues; manage technology vendor relationships and performance.
Configure Oracle ERP Application (Process areas: Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash).
Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions; prepare functional and technical specifications for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
Conduct system testing, QA, and provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Partner with business stakeholders on product vision, requirements definition, and capability analysis; establish data governance policies
Additional Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certifications preferred; experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
Readiness to work with offshore (India) based team members.
