We're seeking a ERP Consultant who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and business teams to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ERP, business systems, or IT support experience who wants to develop in a collaborative, bilingual environment.︎ What will you do:Support ERP implementation projects across multiple business functionsAssist with gathering and documenting business requirementsHelp configure, test, and maintain ERP modulesProvide end-user training and day-to-day system supportTroubleshoot system issues and work with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve themCreate and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurationsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project deliveryIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:Some experience with ERP systems, business applications, IT support, or a related field is preferredExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus, but not requiredBasic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesA willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionallyBusiness-level proficiency in Japanese︎ Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a Japanese-English bilingual environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)Experience participating in ERP implementation or system improvement projects
