ERP Developer / Functional Analyst - Seedway - Elizabethtown, PA

SEEDWAY is part of the GROWMARK system, an agricultural subsidiary serving more than 100,000 customers across North America, Canada, and Mexico. SEEDWAY, LLC is a full-line seed company providing high quality, high-performing farm seed products as well as lawn and turf products throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina. We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada.

Position Overview:

Seedway LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Developer / Functional Analyst to support and enhance our ERP environment. This hands-on role partners with business leaders, IT, and end users to develop solutions that improve business operations and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP systems.
• Develop reports, forms, integrations, and system improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Support ERP upgrades, testing, projects, and system implementations.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support ERP security, policies, vendors, and licensing.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting J.D. Edwards (JDE) and integrated technologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, accounting, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
