An enterprise media organization in New Jersey is seeking an ERP Finance Integration Manager to lead the strategy, support, and ongoing evolution of its finance technology ecosystem. This role will oversee finance systems operations today while helping guide the organization through a major financial systems transformation.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Onsite (locations in NYC, Los Angeles, and Orlando will be considered; however, NJ presence is preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the finance systems ecosystem, aligning priorities with Finance leadership
  • Lead architecture and solution design governance across financial technology platforms and integrations
  • Support enterprise finance transformation initiatives, including platform selection, implementation planning, and phased execution
  • Oversee engineering delivery and operational support to ensure reliability, data integrity, performance, and service quality
  • Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and external teams to align roadmaps, manage investments, and drive business value

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems, including 3+ years in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale financial systems modernization, transformation, or large platform implementations
  • Deep understanding of core finance domains such as general ledger, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, revenue, treasury, tax, payroll, fixed assets, and financial reporting
  • Strong expertise in enterprise financial platforms and adjacent finance applications within a multi-system environment
  • Experience defining solution architecture, integration strategies, and data models supporting financial operations and reporting
  • Working knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit considerations
  • Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams and manage third-party vendors
  • Experience establishing engineering standards, SDLC processes, release management discipline, and operational support models
  • Demonstrated success aligning technology roadmaps to business strategy and partnering with Finance and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with adaptive planning tools
  • Experience in media or complex multi-entity environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications, custom finance applications, and .NET-based systems
