Lead SAP SD functional activities with a focus on Engineered-to-Order (ETO) processes in a discrete manufacturing setting.

Drive solution design and process standardization for large-scale ERP transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Architects, technical teams) to define project scope and solution roadmaps.

Lead Agile delivery teams in activities such as sprint planning, backlog management, and defect resolution.

Oversee end-to-end testing and validation for project-based manufacturing workflows to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.

Ensure seamless integration across Finance, Logistics, Project Systems (PS), and Supply Chain modules.

Minimize system customizations by delivering scalable and efficient SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Support cutover planning, change management, and facilitate stakeholder alignment throughout the ERP project lifecycle.

Utilize deep expertise in SAP SD/OTC, Pricing, Contracts, Logistics Execution, and ETO processes to guide solution decisions.

Integrate SAP SD with related modules and external systems (using SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft, or similar middleware) as needed.

Leverage SAP Variant Configuration (VC) for handling complex product structures (super BOMs, routings, dependencies).

Champion Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.

Mentor and provide leadership within ERP transformation programs, especially in automation machinery or capital equipment manufacturing environments.
