ERP & IT Systems Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both IT systems and business operations and can help make our processes more organized, efficient, and reliable.


Responsibilities

• Maintain and support our ERP system, database, workflows, and user access
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business data
• Improve ERP workflows and help streamline business processes
• Maintain data accuracy and system organization
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems as they arise
• Work with sales, operations, accounting, and management to understand system needs
• Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
• Provide general IT and system support as needed
• Document system processes, procedures, and changes
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with ERP or business systems
• Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes and how systems support daily operations
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
