What you'll be doing:
The ERP Program Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and execution of the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem. This role oversees the performance, optimization, and evolution of current ERP platforms (including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain Management), while leading the selection, implementation, and rollout of future ERP solutions.
The ERP Program Director ensures alignment between technology and business objectives, drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and delivers ERP programs across scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets. This role partners closely with IT and business leadership—including Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain—to enable scalable, efficient, and integrated business processes.
