Project Initiation will be to establish communication protocols, reporting cadence and engagement structure. Leadership managing project lifecycles, leading client communication, and conducting workshops. Technical & Operational Guidance will be providing guidance on IT architecture, system integration, and hosting/storage modernization. Evaluating tools, processes, and resource needs to improve operational efficiency. Assess cybersecurity posture using applicable frameworks (NIST). Review and advise on incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery. |
