ERP Program Manager (Oracle E-Business Suite EBS | SIOP | Supply Chain)

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager (Oracle E-Business Suite) EBS  | SIOP | Supply Chain) for a direct hire opportunity with a leading aircraft manufacturer in Oxnard, CA.

Salary: $160,000-$171,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Position Summary

This role will lead two key strategic initiatives:

• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP Upgrade & Transformation
• Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Implementation

The company is currently using Oracle E-Business Suite and is preparing for a future enterprise-wide ERP upgrade. The implementation has not yet started, making this an exciting opportunity to establish governance, implementation strategy, and cross-functional business processes.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an Oracle functional expert but should understand how Oracle ERP modules support manufacturing operations and what is required for a successful implementation.

Oracle modules in scope include:

• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Manufacturing
• Finance
• Procurement
• Inventory
• Order Management
• Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

The company's SIOP process is also in its early stages, and this individual will help develop and mature an enterprise-wide planning process. There are no direct reports initially, with leadership responsibilities expected to grow as the program expands.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle E-Business Suite ERP upgrade planning and implementation.
• Develop project plans, governance, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure successful ERP deployment.
• Standardize business processes across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, order management, and finance.
• Lead enterprise-wide SIOP implementation and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate monthly cross-functional planning meetings to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Utilize Oracle ASCP to support demand and supply planning.
• Support Engineering R&D by creating purchase orders, work orders, and Lines of Balance (LOBs) for prototype development.
• Drive change management, executive reporting, and organizational readiness throughout the transformation.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field.
• 7-10 years of engineering, program management, and supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and core ERP modules.
• Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, business process mapping, systems integration, and change management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Oracle EBS.

• Oracle E-Business Suite implementation or upgrade experience.
• SIOP and Oracle ASCP experience.
• Aerospace or complex manufacturing background.
• Experience with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and product development processes.
