ERP Project Manager – Dynamics 365 F&O
Global Manufacturing / Supply Chain — CVG Commercial Vehicle Group, New Albany, OH

Direct hire. Onsite in New Albany 3–5 days per week; this is not a remote opportunity. Local Columbus-area candidates strongly preferred.

CVG is seeking a strong Dynamics 365 ERP Project Manager with deep ERP expertise to lead implementation, migration and rollout initiatives across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.

What we are looking for
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience, specifically D365 Finance & Operations / Finance / Supply Chain Management. Candidates whose D365 background is primarily CRM are not a fit.
• Proven experience leading D365 ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades and/or major rollout initiatives.
• Manufacturing ERP experience is extremely valuable given CVG's environment.
• Knowledge across manufacturing/production, MRP, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse management, order management, logistics/shipping and finance.
• Experience in complex, multi-site and ideally global environments.
• Ability to own scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors and executive-level communication.
• Experience managing functional and technical teams through requirements, process mapping, integrations, data migration, testing/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Able to bridge IT and the business, working comfortably with manufacturing/plant operations, finance, supply chain and leadership.

Location
Onsite New Albany, OH — anticipated 3, 4 or potentially 5 days per week. Local Columbus-area candidate is the best bet. Not a remote role.
