The Professional Services - Kinetic Project Manager is responsible for managing Epicor ERP Implementation in planning, organizing, managing and delivering client projects effectively & Successfully.<\/span>

Duties & Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- End -to -end program or project management where the PM is responsible for coordinating and monitoring activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to Project closure. <\/span>
<\/li> - Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists); and use these deliverables to execute all project activities. <\/span>
<\/li> - Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope. <\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed -upon requirements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Conduct Steering committee meetings, internal team meetings and weekly customer status calls and respond to client requests/questions promptly, escalating issues and recommending solutions. <\/span>
<\/li> - Interact with members of cross -functional teams. Responsible for handling medium -sized projects and large -size complex projects.<\/span>
<\/li> - Strictly adhere to Epicor implementation methodology.<\/span>
<\/li> - Escalating project issues to the senior management when needed.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

- 10+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 5+ years of project management and industry experience preferred <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - PMP Certification or any similar certification is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Epicor implementation experience is a plus but any other ERP implementation Project Management experience is mandatory.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
