ERP Shipping and Aftermarket Distribution Associate

Location: Ivyland, PA (Onsite) (Milton Roy - 201 Ivyland Rd. Warminster, PA 18974)

Hours: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Your impact

Picture this: it’s 7:05 a.m. You’ve prioritized orders, pulled the first kit, and are processing an export in JD Edwards. By mid-morning, you’ve completed ISO checks, logged a minor turnback, and requested a cycle count on a bin that looked light. Before close, you’ve packed the last shipment, documented every step, and ensured the dock is safe and orderly. That’s a good day here—where accuracy, speed, and safety meet purpose.

Mission-critical responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship spare parts with care and speed.
  • Assemble and transact kitting work orders to meet production and customer needs.
  • Process domestic and export shipments in JD Edwards; produce all documents and labels; track and report turnbacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized inventory area; monitor levels and trigger cycle counts when required.
  • Perform quality checks aligned to established procedures and ISO standards.
  • Document issues, defects, and deviations; complete production logs and required paperwork precisely.
  • Wear PPE and follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Stay current on aftermarket product features and benefits; engage in training to grow your skills.

What you need to succeed

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, picking/packing, or logistics.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle varied and complex tasks.

Preferred background

  • Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced operations (1+ years preferred).
  • General computer knowledge, including SSO, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs individually and 70 lbs as a team.

Technical and physical proficiencies

  • Shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
  • Material handling; loading/unloading vehicles; heavy material handling.
  • Forklift licensed.
  • Mechanical assembly and packaging experience.
  • Meets physical requirements; excellent communication; basic computer skills.
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • UPS WorldShip and UPS Ozlink.

Work arrangement

Onsite in Ivyland, PA; no travel expected.
