What You'll Do:
- Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support for Epicor ERP
- Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with teams to align ERP solutions with business needs
- Ensure data integrity, access control, and system performance
- Drive process improvement and automation within the ERP environment
- Support full software lifecycle: implementation, testing, maintenance, and training
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years working with Epicor ERP; 5 years in IT systems analysis
- Proficiency in BAQ, BPM, SSRS, DMT, and SQL
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred:
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic, Power BI, and enterprise system integrations
- Knowledge of ITIL or change management best practices
