Our client is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of a modern ERP platform within a manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners, helping ensure successful system adoption, data integrity, and operational stability.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of ERP, finance, and manufacturing knowledge who enjoys supporting users, solving problems, and contributing to large-scale business system initiatives.
Support ERP implementation activities in partnership with internal teams and external consultants.
Assist with system configuration validation across Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, and related business functions.
Review business requirements and help identify opportunities to improve processes and system utilization.
Participate in data migration efforts, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Support testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, issue tracking, and validation of system enhancements.
Assist with cutover activities, system conversions, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for ERP users across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
Troubleshoot system, data, process, and reporting issues.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content to improve user adoption and reduce recurring support requests.
Maintain project documentation, action items, and status updates.
Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, and communication across stakeholder groups.
Support training initiatives and ensure key documentation is organized and accessible.
Document business processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, ERP implementations, or finance-related business applications.
Experience working with ERP platforms in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of manufacturing concepts including Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, inventory management, work-in-process (WIP), variances, and costing.
Working knowledge of accounting principles including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting support.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system migrations.
Familiarity with ERP data migration tools and data conversion activities.
Experience supporting user testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
ERP certification(s) or relevant business systems training.
