SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Analyst (JD Edwards) to support and enhance our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system, with a focus on sales order processing, warehouse operations, and reporting. This role works directly with customer service, order management, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, efficient order flow from entry through fulfillment. The position partners closely with a senior JDE analyst/programmer and will gradually assume ownership of the ERP environment as part of a planned succession. ** This is an onsite position, and sponsorship is not provided **
IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL FOCUS ON: Sales Order Processing & Customer Operations - Serve as the ERP support lead for sales order entry, pricing, and order processing workflows
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Order entry errors
- Pricing discrepancies
- Order holds and status problems
- Support customer service and inside sales teams in resolving ERP-related order issues
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of:
- Customer master data
- Pricing rules and adjustments
- Order processing logic
Warehouse & Distribution Operations - Support ERP functionality tied to inventory, picking, shipping, and fulfillment
- Troubleshoot warehouse transaction and inventory accuracy issues
- Work directly with warehouse leadership to improve system-driven processes
- Spend time on the warehouse floor to understand workflows and identify improvements
ERP Configuration & Support - Maintain and configure JD Edwards modules:
- Order Management
- Inventory / Distribution
- Basic finance-related processes tied to sales flow
- Ensure data integrity across order-to-cash and fulfillment processes
- Support day-to-day ERP usage across operations and customer-facing functions
Reporting & Business Insights - Develop and maintain reports for:
- Order backlog
- Fill rates / fulfillment
- Inventory levels
- Customer and order trends
- Create ad hoc reporting for sales, customer service, and operations teams
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or errors in order flow
Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies in order entry fulfillment shipping workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to improve system configurations and processes
- Help standardize and streamline ERP usage across departments
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer - Document order processing workflows and ERP configurations
- Capture institutional knowledge from senior JDE analyst/programmer
- Build a sustainable ERP knowledge base
Secondary Responsibilities - Support ERP upgrades, testing, and system changes
- Assist with integrations (WMS, shipping systems, EDI, etc.)
- Gradually assume full ownership of ERP operations over time

Any combination of education and/or experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:
REQUIRED - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 2–6 years experience with JDE Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience supporting:
- Sales order processing or
- Customer service / order management systems
- Ability to work onsite and engage directly with operations teams
Preferred - Experience with order management workflows and pricing structures
- Warehouse/distribution or manufacturing experience
- Experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, BI Publisher, SQL, Power BI)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
