ERP Systems Analyst

The ERP Systems Analyst will support, optimize, and enhance the company's ERP systems to improve operational efficiency within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Based in Swedesboro, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and alignment with business needs.

Description

• Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with departments to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute system testing to verify functionality and accuracy.
• Provide end-user support and training to maximize system utilization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing timely resolutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes for reference and compliance.
• Assist in the integration of third-party applications with the ERP system.
• Work with external vendors to address technical needs and upgrades.

Profile
