About the Role

Our client, a global organization with headquarters in Belgium, is seeking an ERP Technical Architect to provide leadership within its ERP landscape. This individual will play a key role in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) systems and ensuring the technical direction of the ERP platform aligns with broader business objectives.


This is an onsite position with a hybrid weekly schedule, reporting to the Group ERP Manager based at company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the system administration of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environments, ensuring smooth builds and releases
  • Serve as the single point of design authority between technical and functional teams
  • Define and maintain the future-state architecture for the ERP landscape
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute platform updates and the implementation of ERP add-ons
  • Lead integration projects from the ERP perspective
  • Ensure code quality and consistency through impact analysis and code reviews
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications with accurate estimates
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across environments
  • Maintain and improve Azure DevOps ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes
  • Stay current with Microsoft’s latest features and releases for Dynamics 365
  • Share technical expertise across teams and deliver training where needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical lead or architect within Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Experience utilizing X++ in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP programming and database applications required
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, processes, and infrastructure
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Azure DevOps ALM pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Azure and the Power Platform (e.g., Azure API Management, LogicApps) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Experience collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Must have authorization to work in the US on a permanent basis; sponsorship not available for this position
