  • Required Key skills: Strong Oracle ERP technical leadership experience in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting, extensions, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ownership of data conversion activities, including mapping, extract/load strategy, validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, and cutover readiness.
  • Experience planning and coordinating ERP environments across development, test, SIT, UAT, mock cutover, production, and post-go-live support.
  • Ability to coordinate offshore development teams and review technical deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing support, defect triage, cutover, and production stabilization.
  • Clear communication skills with business users, functional leads, architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and program leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the onshore technical point of contact for Oracle ERP delivery.
  • Review requirements and create or validate technical designs.
  • Lead technical planning for integrations, reports, extensions, conversions, and data-related work.
  • Own data conversion execution from planning through validation, reconciliation, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Coordinate environment readiness, refresh planning, access needs, migration sequencing, and release dependencies.
  • Guide developers and offshore teams on technical build, unit testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Support SIT, UAT, mock cutovers, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Identify technical, data, and environment risks early and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure deliverables follow HID standards for quality, security, documentation, and maintainability.
