Summary:

This position is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and deploying company computers. Will troubleshoot and affect repair on all company printers and scanners. Provide on-site, telephone and remote support to all locations and staff. Will maintain inventory of all computer systems. Will be responsible for some network administration as deemed appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk and technical support to all locations and staff.
  • Remote helpdesk support to other stores
  • Should be an expert in Microsoft Office, specifically with the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Applications
  • Troubleshooting of Mac Computers and Apple products
  • Troubleshoot Citrix and VPN connection problems.
  • Troubleshoot e-mail connectivity problems.
  • Maintain and manage repairs for computer equipment, including peripherals.
  • Inventory all technology equipment.
  • Build and deploy laptop and desktop computers.
  • Computer troubleshooting OS and software related.
  • Mobile Device Support - provide support to mobile device users.
  • Record and track all support activity in IT support software.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Performing other related duties as directed or assigned.
  • Travel to other stores when needed.
  • After hours work for projects and support.
  • Familiar with basic project management concepts.
  • Knowledge of Acumatica, Fusion or Lightspeed a plus

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of an Associate's degree or related technology field.
  • Technology in a warehouse or retail environment a plus
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written. Excellent 'people' skills. Problem solving abilities. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and exemplify high levels of patience. Displays a high level of professionalism in both conduct and appearance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • helpdesk: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
