Client is seeking an experienced ERP Trainer – HRMS Suite to provide end-user training and knowledge transfer for enterprise Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS/HCM) applications utilized across City departments.
The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training sessions, demonstrating ERP HRMS functionality, explaining business processes, responding to user questions, and supporting user adoption initiatives. The ERP Trainer will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to ensure end users effectively understand and utilize ERP HRMS applications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, hands-on functional experience with HRMS/HCM modules, and the ability to communicate complex HR and Payroll processes to users with varying technical backgrounds. Experience navigating Oracle web-based ERP applications and supporting classroom training environments is highly preferred.
The consultant will facilitate multiple training sessions for functional end users and manage classroom environments consisting of approximately 10–12 participants per session.
Experience
• 5+ years of ERP Training, HRMS Functional Support, or ERP End-User Training experience.
• Experience delivering ERP HRMS/HCM Suite training programs.
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led classroom training sessions.
• Experience conducting virtual and hybrid training sessions.
• Experience developing training materials, user guides, job aids, and training documentation.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, upgrade, and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience training HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition users.
• Experience facilitating classes with groups of 10–12 users or larger.
• Experience supporting Oracle-based ERP applications preferred.
