We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Assistant opportunity with a national Title Company for their office located in Brentwood, TN.

The Escrow Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by answering phones and responding to emails professionally.
  • Greeting customers and supporting a positive closing experience.
  • Scheduling appointments and collecting closing-related information.
  • Reviewing closing files, title commitments, and preparing Pre-Settlement Statements.
  • Maintaining accurate reports and updated database records.
  • Supporting branch operations and settlement transactions as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines and Good Funds statutes.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Assistant Escrow experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Notary Public certification is a plus.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - 22.69 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
