We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant with funding experience to support escrow officers in residential real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with opening, processing, and funding escrow files
- Prepare and review closing and funding documents
- Coordinate funding, disbursements, and final file balancing
- Communicate internally to ensure timely closings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and state requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an escrow assistant with hands-on funding experience
- Knowledge of Texas title and escrow procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Salary Range
- $50,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
