We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a detail-oriented Residential Escrow Assistant to support the residential real estate closing process. This role assists with escrow and title-related tasks, transaction documentation, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
 
The Escrow Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Support residential escrow transactions and perform escrow curative activities throughout the real estate closing process.
  • Open new orders, acknowledge contracts and earnest money, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Prepare title commitments, title documents, closing packages, and other related documentation.
  • Order and coordinate surveys, tax certificates, payoff statements, and other closing requirements.
  • Manage post-closing activities, including recording legal documents and facilitating payment disbursements.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding transaction status, title issues, and closing progress.
  • Update case management systems and perform title-related data entry.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, greeting customers, handling mail, ordering office supplies, and serving as backup reception support.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • College degree and minimum 1 year's experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
