Escrow Assistant
Pay Rate: $22.58 $23.58/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Glendale, CA
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verification required)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support residential escrow transactions in a professional office environment. This role partners with the Escrow Officer by handling administrative tasks, preparing closing documents, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential escrow transactions from opening through closing.
- Open escrow orders and enter closing statement information.
- Prepare closing documents and escrow packages.
- Process disbursements and complete post-closing follow-up.
- Communicate transaction requirements and updates to clients.
- Review and interpret escrow documents and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Escrow Officer and team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of escrow experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with escrow or title operating systems preferred.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
