Escrow Assistant – Level 1

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Escrow Assistant – Level 1 to support our Escrow Officers with residential & resale and refinance real estate transactions. This is an early-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the escrow industry.
What You’ll Do
- Open new escrow files and enter data into escrow software
- Order preliminary title reports, payoffs, and HOA statements
- Prepare opening packages and assist buyer and sellers with any questions
- Review of returned escrow packages for completeness
- Package loan documents for funding and recording
- Maintain organized and compliant escrow files
What We’re Looking For
- Have 18 plus months of escrow software experience, RBJ/GreenFolders &/or Qualia experience helpful
- 12– 18 months of consecutive and recent escrow experience preferred with processing of loan documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment for multiple escrow units and learning new tasks
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
