The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Provide escrow services for residential resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions.
  • Facilitate real estate transactions throughout the closing process.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the escrow and closing process.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • High School Graduate.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • 2 years of related escrow experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting residential resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, or timeshare transactions.
Pay Rate Range:$20.26 - $23.32 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
