Our Client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for an Escrow Officer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • The National Escrow Officer Lender Services Division is responsible for managing and closing high-volume refinance escrow transactions on a national scale.
  • Working within the Lender Services Division, this role partners directly with lending institutions, mortgage servicers, and settlement partners to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely refinance closings.
  • The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in lender-driven workflows, investor requirements, and multi-state refinance regulations.
  • Process, and close residential refinance escrow transactions.
  • Review and analyze lender closing instructions, loan documents, payoff statements, title commitments, and subordination agreements for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare Closing Disclosures (CD), ALTA settlement statements, and lender-required documents in full compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines
  • Coordinate with lenders, loan officers, processors, borrowers, title companies, and attorneys to meet lender-mandated closing deadlines
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of escrow or title/settlement experience with a strong focus on refinance transactions
  • ResWare Software
  • Licensing: Valid escrow officer license/certification in applicable states (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lender client relationships
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
