This person will get up to 10% on commissions + base salary.The ideal candidate will be highly client-facing, detail-oriented, and capable of managing residential transactions from contract through closing while continuing to grow and maintain their referral network.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential real estate closings from contract receipt through funding and disbursementServe as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, builders, and referral partnersReview contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, settlement statements, lender instructions, and closing documentsCoordinate with lenders, real estate agents, processors, title examiners, underwriters, and internal operations teamsEnsure all closing requirements, title curative items, payoff information, funding conditions, and compliance requirements are satisfiedConduct closings professionally and accurately while delivering a high-quality client experienceMaintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client service and relationship managementProactively communicate transaction status, timelines, and potential issues to all partiesIdentify and resolve title, escrow, funding, or closing-related issues in a timely mannerEnsure files are closed in accordance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, lender requirements, and regulatory standardsSupport business development efforts by maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and helping drive repeat businessIdeal Candidate Profile7+ years of residential title, escrow, or closing experienceStrong residential title and escrow backgroundExisting book of business requiredEstablished relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, investors, or other residential referral sourcesProven ability to independently manage residential closings from start to finishStrong knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, closing disclosures, lender instructions, funding, and escrow proceduresHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active filesExcellent communication skills and strong client-service orientationAbility to troubleshoot closing issues and keep transactions movingComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven residential title environmentProfessional presence with the ability to retain and grow client relationshipsCompetitive compensation structure tied to experience and productionOpportunity to join a growing residential title platformSupportive escrow, processing, and operational infrastructureAbility to leverage an existing book of business while continuing to grow referral relationshipsStrong long-term opportunity for a closer who is client-facing, production-oriented, and residential-focused#J-18808-Ljbffr
