Note:
- Previous Escrow Closing experience at a Title company is required.
- Our client is looking for a Closing Agent based on Baldwin County, Alabama.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction.
- Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.
- Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.
- Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company's mission, vision and core values.
- Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
- Assist and support other team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Alabama Title Insurance License.
- High school or equivalent while college degree is preferred, but not required.
