This role is responsible for coordinating closings, preparing and reviewing escrow documentation, managing escrow funds, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate residential real estate closingsPrepare escrow instructions, settlement documents, and closing packagesReview title and escrow documentation for accuracy and completenessManage escrow accounts and disbursement of funds in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsCommunicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals throughout the transaction processEnsure deadlines are met and transactions close on scheduleProvide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactionsMaintain accurate records and support compliance with internal procedures and state regulationsQualificationsExperience in escrow, title, or real estate closing coordination preferredKnowledge of residential real estate transactions and closing proceduresStrong communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a deadline-driven environmentNotary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtainExperience with escrow/title software platforms is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional industry certifications are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
