MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-SITE AT OUR OFFICE LOCATED IN ALHAMBRA, CA, AND DIAMOND BAR, CA.

Busy escrow company in San Gabriel Valley is looking for professional experienced Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants.

-Escrow industry experience required
-Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred
-Superior communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under pressure.
-A high degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a strong aptitude for figures
-Responsible for opening, processing and closing of Real Estate Sales Transactions
-Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of the escrow, lender and title process
-Prepare escrow files from opening to funding, recording and disbursing of file
-Order and review title prelims
-Order Demands, HOA, Solar and other documents pertaining to the file within a timely manner and follow up as necessary.
-Prepare loan documents for Buyer/Borrower signing and coordinate loan signing.
-Package loan documents for return to Lender and authorize Funding and recording
-Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames
-Strong desire to learn and grow
-Will require approval from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
*Must be able to work on-site at our office located in Alhambra, CA*
