Commercial Escrow Officer / Assistant (Commercial Transactions)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Location: Southlake, TX | Hybrid (after ramp)
• $75,000 – $80,000 annual salary DOE
• Quarterly profit sharing
• Referral bonuses

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports national commercial escrow operations by managing full-cycle transactions and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closings.
The Commercial Escrow Officer / Assistant plays a critical role in coordinating multiple files simultaneously, supporting complex transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This position is ideal for an experienced escrow professional ready to handle commercial transactions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage full-cycle commercial escrow transactions from open to close
• Coordinate multiple escrow files simultaneously with high accuracy
• Communicate directly with clients, lenders, and internal teams
• Prepare and review escrow documents for completeness and compliance
• Ensure timelines and closing deadlines are met
• Maintain organized transaction records and documentation
• Provide updates and resolve issues throughout the escrow process
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a client-facing environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years of escrow experience required (commercial preferred)
• Experience managing files from open to close strongly preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Escrow and title software systems
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Document management systems
