    Description

    Escrow Officer

    We are seeking an experienced, friendly and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our title company at Platinum Title Partners. The ideal candidate will manage builder-related residential closings from start to finish, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage residential builder escrow files from opening through closing.
    • Review contracts, title commitments, lender documents, and closing instructions.
    • Coordinate with builders, buyers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members.
    • Prepare closing documents and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
    • Communicate regularly with all parties to keep transactions moving forward.
    • Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Conduct loan signings for buyers, sellers, and borrowers, overseeing the signing process, verifying identities, explaining documents, and ensuring proper notarization.
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures, underwriting guidelines, and applicable regulations.
    • Maintain organized files and provide timely updates throughout the closing process.

    Qualifications

    • Prior escrow officer experience required, preferably in residential builder title operations.
    • Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and closing procedures.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
    • Familiarity with title production software is a plus.

    Preferred Experience

    • Residential builder transactions.
    • Residential resale and refinance transactions.
    • New construction closings.
    • Working with high-volume file pipelines.
    • Knowledge of Texas title and closing practices.
