We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with the nation's leading provider of title insurance and transaction services, known for financial strength, stability, and a culture of innovation. 

We are Seeking a Residential Escrow Officer who is willing to become a hybrid Commercial Escrow Officer (on the job training will be provided).

Your specific duties will include:
  • Reviewing HUDs for approval and communicating with closing coordinators.
  • Assisting with title clearance, including commitment and document review.
  • Assisting with policy requests and conducting reviews.
  • Providing support to the Disbursements Department as needed.
  • Utilizing and navigating client online banking systems.
  • Managing customer service calls, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries.
  • Maintaining an active Escrow Officer license by attending webinars and training sessions to fulfill continuing education requirements.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 4–6 years of escrow experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of title clearance, settlement services, and escrow processing.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in online banking systems and escrow-related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate: $37.48 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
