We are looking to add an Escrow Officer to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting focused on customer service and closing deals. The Escrow Officer is responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is an in‑office position located at 650 College Road East, Suite 3390, Princeton, NJ.What You'll DoComplete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirementsAct as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhere to company policy, and monitor and mitigate risk to the companyEnsure that all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the contract and our company policyPrepare regular reports on the status of the escrow account and provide these reports to the parties involved in the transactionExamine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documentsPrepare legal documents for the closure of the saleComplete closing by recording and filing documents, preparing, and distributing final closing statements and titleWhat You'll Bring2-4 years of escrow‑related experienceExperience in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania preferredExperience directly handling escrow transactionsOpenness to new technology and proprietary programs; adjusts easily to new workflowPassion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers; comfortable using various types of communication to meet customer needsProblem solver with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and knows how to navigate internal and external resources to resolve issuesThrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectationsComfortable guiding and supporting future talent learning the businessKnowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologiesValid Licensing/Certification as required by applicable stateHigh school diploma or equivalentPay Range: $26.88 - $35.83 Hourly.
