Escrow Officer or strong Escrow Assisant

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We currently have a temporary job opportunity for an Escrow Officer or an experienced Escrow Assistant. This position is onsite in Hemet, CA, with a long-established, independently owned escrow company that has been serving the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley and surrounding communities. 

The Escrow Officer or an experienced Escrow Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Open and process escrow files for residential real estate transactions.
• Prepare and review escrow documents and closing packages.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies.
• Obtain and review all required documents and information needed for closing.
• Coordinate signing appointments and the funding of transactions.
• Ensure escrow files comply with California regulations and company policies.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 3 years of California escrow experience.
• Strong knowledge of California escrow procedures and real estate closing documents.
• Experience using SMS Streamline and GreenFolders software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - 35.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
