Description

Trust Title LLC is hiring an experienced Senior Escrow Officer to own transactions end-to-end while stepping into a true operational leadership role. You'll play a pivotal role, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for clients. This is a leadership seat, you'll oversee the full transaction lifecycle from intake to post-closing, guide team performance across every function, ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems, improve execution, and scale the operation. Compensation and Benefits: • On target earnings: $80,000+ • Health benefits • Paid time off • Medical, dental, and vision insurance Responsibilities: • Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding • Support the full team across all functions • Oversee deal flow across intake, escrow, and post-closing • Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files • Review title and resolve issues pre-closing • Ensure compliance, audit readiness (TDI), and client relationships Qualifications: • 3–5+ years escrow experience handling full transactions • Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and full workflow (intake to post-closing) • Familiar with TitleWave, Qualia, or ResWare (preferred) • Able to handle a high volume of calls and file management • Knowledge of audits (TDI) and fraud prevention • Strong communication, client management, and team coordination Standout Candidates Will Have: • A reputation for running clean, efficient, and drama-free files • The desire and capability to step into leadership • Existing relationships with agents, lenders, or a book of business are a plus, but not required Compensation: $80,000+ On Target Earnings
