Escrow Officer

Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a trusted leader in title and escrow services. If you're running an active escrow desk, have a book of business, or are seeking a short-term assignment with long-term potential, this is a great opportunity to join a team dedicated to exceptional customer service and supporting residential and commercial clients.

The Escrow Officer is responsible for leading the team and supporting senior management, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing an active escrow desk with an established book of business.
• Soliciting new business opportunities.
• Directing the team and supporting senior management.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Ability to handle resale transactions from start to finish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with Qualia is a plus but not required.
• College education preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $38-48 hourly, DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
