We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a growing title company.

The Escrow Officer isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Managing residential and commercial real estate closing transactions from opening through funding and recording.
  • Reviewing contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, and other documentation to ensure compliance and a successful closing.
  • Coordinating with title, lending, legal, real estate, and other parties to resolve title and closing issues.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and executing all closing and escrow documents required for settlement and title insurance issuance.
  • Conducting closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys.
  • Verifying the accuracy of closing documents, funds, legal descriptions, acknowledgments, payoffs, taxes, HOA dues, and lien information prior to disbursement and recording.
  • Managing escrow funds and overseeing the timely disbursement of proceeds in accordance with closing instructions.
  • Supervising and supporting Escrow Assistants as needed.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys to generate repeat and referral business.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Five years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Notary Public certification or the ability to become bondable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Rate Range: $70,000 - $90,000 for salaried positions

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
