Escrow Processor (Pre Closings)
Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm; training in-office then telecommute
Word, Excel, Typing 50 wpm
No experience necessary, but must have great computer skills, articulate and easy going. Will train. They will be ordering payoffs/demands/lien releases from a variety of entities. Will be cross trained in multiple areas over time. This is a processing position for Pre-Closing items such as Mortgage Payoffs, Utilities/Taxes and Mobile Homes.
They will need to be in office for training for at least one month. Then this will eventually be a work from home position, so the candidate needs to have good internet at home.
