We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Escrow Receptionist for a respected title company in Fort Worth, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent potential for long-term employment.

The Escrow Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, lenders, real estate agents, and visitors while providing administrative support to the escrow team. This role requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced title office. Experience handling earnest money deposits and supporting escrow transactions is highly preferred.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Greeting clients, real estate agents, lenders, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Receiving, processing, and accurately receipting earnest money deposits in accordance with company procedures.
  • Balancing and maintaining records of earnest money received.
  • Assisting with opening new escrow files and entering information into the title production system.
  • Scanning, uploading, and organizing documents into electronic files.
  • Preparing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, and courier packages.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception and conference areas remain organized.
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with closing coordination as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Previous experience working in a title company or escrow office preferred.
  • Experience receiving and processing earnest money deposits strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Experience with Qualia preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
