The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Lead and supervise a centralized escrow processing team in a high-volume production environment.
  • Manage daily workflow, productivity, quality, turnaround times, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor workloads, adjust staffing priorities, and authorize overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Review escrow documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Resolve escalated and complex issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, escrow procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with branch teams to communicate expectations and process updates.
  • Prepare and present production, quality, and performance reports.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead process improvements, system updates, and workflow changes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Make real-time decisions to manage bottlenecks and maintain service commitments.
  • Identify trends impacting productivity, quality, or morale and implement solutions.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in escrow processing or loan closings.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with P&L statements and operational cost awareness.
Pay Rate: $24.03 per hour
