Escrow Support Processor

The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving branch offices of high-volume paperwork. This role supports a fast-paced, production-focused environment and is responsible for processing a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.

This position is strictly a production and processing role and does not communicate directly with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders. The Escrow Support Processor works behind the scenes to ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.

Work schedules may vary based on business demands. The ability to work overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends, is a condition of employment and an essential function of this position. Employees must be available to work overtime as directed to support production requirements, month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational needs.
