Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Contract Duration: 06/22/2026 - 09/22/2026- Potential to convert to direct employment

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to provide administrative and document-processing support for residential escrow transactions. This role is responsible for processing high volumes of escrow-related paperwork accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

This is a production-focused, back-office position that does not involve direct communication with customers, lenders, real estate agents, or branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review escrow documents related to residential real estate transactions.
  • Set up and maintain escrow files accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform high-volume data entry and document processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and escrow regulations.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. - Must be verifiable
  • Previous escrow experience or knowledge of escrow procedures preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
