This is a 3-month temporary assignment with potential for temp-to-perm based on performance and business needs.

The Escrow Support Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Providing centralized clerical processing of documents related to the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving branch offices of high-volume processes.
  • Scanning and imaging escrow-related documents to ensure records are accurately archived, protected, and meet quality control standards.
  • Communicating information and instructions to escrow branches and, on occasion, customers.
  • Receiving lender and buyer funds and working closely with escrow teams to provide in-office operational support.
  • Fulfilling prior-to-document conditions and managing HOA demands.
  • Processing remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.
  • Performing repetitive, non-customer-facing production tasks in a high-volume environment.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to pressure and change.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • Prior escrow, title, or real estate industry experience.
  • Customer service experience.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
