    Trust Title LLC is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Escrow Team Lead who thrives in managing teams, understands full title workflow, and helps resolve complex title issues and get deals cleanly to the closing table. You’ll play a key part in leading escrow operations, making sure every file moves efficiently, stays compliant, and closes accurately while supporting both the team and client experience.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $75,000+ On Target Earnings

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor a dynamic escrow team, ensuring each member feels supported and empowered to excel
    • Oversee the entire escrow process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step
    • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to resolve any title issues swiftly and effectively
    • Implement and maintain efficient workflows to ensure timely and smooth transactions for all parties involved
    • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing constructive feedback and celebrating successes to foster growth
    • Ensure all escrow files are meticulously documented and stored in accordance with industry regulations
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and business growth opportunities

    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of managing the entire escrow process, ensuring compliance and accuracy from start to finish
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to resolve title issues promptly
    • Strong organizational skills to implement and maintain efficient workflows for seamless transactions
    • Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing team performance, providing constructive feedback to drive growth
    • Experience in meticulous documentation and storage of escrow files in line with industry regulations
    • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing client satisfaction and business growth
