  • This is a part-time, on-call position averaging up to 20 hours per week based on event schedules and business needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and professional Benefit Educators to join our team for flexible, on-call assignments. This role involves attending client benefit fairs, answering high-level questions, and distributing promotional materials. Candidates must be local to the assigned area, willing to travel, and available for occasional last-minute requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend annual training provided by the organization
  • Participate in a 1-hour client/account team training session at least 48 hours before each event
  • Represent the company professionally at client benefit fairs
  • Greet attendees and proactively engage visitors at booths
  • Answer general questions related to benefits/pharmacy plans
  • Distribute flyers and promotional materials
  • Speak confidently with individuals and small groups
  • Identify attendee needs through effective questioning
  • Complete post-event questionnaires after each fair
  • Travel locally and support assigned events within service radius

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with the public and small groups
  • Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with benefits, insurance, healthcare, or pharmacy preferred
  • Professional attire and demeanor required

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
