Required Qualifications The required qualifications for this position include:
must be at least 18 years of age
must demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
must have excellent safety work habits
have good understanding of sanitation practices and principles including manual and automated cleaning
must have mechanical aptitude and demonstrate mechanical abilities
must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
able to lift up to 50+ pounds repetitively
must be able to learn and perform all positions
must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
must have excellent attendance and punctuality
must be able to obtain a license and operate a forklift
must be able to perform basic math
must have basic computer skills
must have excellent safety work habits
able to maintain a sterile work station
able to perform steady and productive work for extended periods of time
must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
must be willing to assist other team members in other areas
must have good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and to be a team member)
